Career Advancement Program
The Career Advancement Program (CAP) is a program based on seven dimensions of employability outlined in The University of Kansas Employability Curriculum. It is designed to help students prepare for the future through educational resources, experiential activities, and reflection. The seven dimensions of employability are Academic Learning, Experiential Learning, Career Maturity, Professional Skills, Career Management, Meaningful Connections, and Global Perspective.
